The leader of the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque has announced she will be retiring at the end of the year.
Nancy Van Milligen, president and CEO has led the Community Foundation since it began in 2003.
The Community Foundation supports more than 300 nonprofit partners in northeast Iowa.
Although she is retiring from her current role, Van Milligen will transition into a part-time senior role in the Community Foundation next year.
