A ground breaking ceremony for new commercial plaza in East Dubuque took place yesterday morning.
Johnny O Properties plans to construct a new building bringing three new businesses to downtown East Dubuque in the 100 block of Sinsinawa Avenue. The site of the construction is on a lot which has sat empty for several decades.
John Ohnesorger says the development marks a significant step in East Dubuque’s ongoing efforts to bring new investment, jobs, and services to the area.
